Description
Intended use:
The multiplex SureFood® ALLERGEN 4plex Macadamia/Brazil Nut /Pecan+IAC real-time PCR test detects DNA of macadamia, brazil nut and pecan according to directive (EC) 1169/2011 qualitatively. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control (IAC).
General Information:
For DNA preparation, the use of SureFood® PREP Advanced (S1053), protocol 1, is recommended.
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for the detection of four fluorescence emissions at 510 nm, 580 nm, 610 nm and 660 nm (FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5) at the same time. Internal validation was performed on Applied Biosystems 7500, Agilent Mx3005P, Agilent Aria Dx, Bio-Rad CFX96, Roche LightCycler® 480 II2, Roche cobas z 480 Analyzer2 and Qiagen Rotorgene Q.
