Intended use:
Beer samples may be analysed by real- time PCR with DNA prepared by using the GEN-IAL® Simplex® Easy DNA kit. More difficult samples which needs a purification step should be prepared with the First Beer Magnetic DNA kit. The principle is based on separation of the DNA with magnetic particles. This procedure can be automated.
