Milk Reference Materials (MoniQA)
MoniQA milk reference materials – the first validated reference materials for allergen analysis.
The materials come in 5 g pouches (air tight sealed).
Blank (negative control): 5 g of gluten free cookie, milled, free from gluten, milk, egg, soy, peanut, tree nuts. Can be used as a negative control and / or matrix material as basis for spiked samples.
