This competitive enzyme immunoassay is used for the quantitative determination of corticosteroids in milk, urine, muscle, liver and feed.
The Corticosteroid ELISA is a competitive ELISA for the detection of various corticosteroids in milk, urine, tissue and feed samples. Within the EU Maximum Residue Limits (MRL’s) for dexamethasone, betamethasone, prednisolone and methylprednisolone are established in milk, muscle (fat), kidney and liver. The Corticosteroid ELISA is a competitive enzyme immunoassay based on specific antibody sites, ensuring the detection of the concerning corticosteroids.
