Description
Intended use:
The test detects beef DNA (Bos taurus). Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for vertebrates DNA (IAAC).
General Information:
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established realtime PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at 522 nm and 553 nm at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 2.0*, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, Applied Biossystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96 and Agilent Mx3005P.
*For the use of the Roche LightCycler® 2.0 a Color Compensation is necessary. The SureCC Color Compensation Kit II (Art. No. F4010) must be used for the color compensation of such devices.
