Intended use:
This competitive enzyme immunoassay is used for the quantitative determination of trenbolone in urine, liver and tissue.
General Information:
Trenbolone acetate is a very efficient anabolic steroid associated with a strong androgenic activity. When used correctly, no genotoxic activity of trenbolone has been shown so far. Nevertheless, trenbolone in elevated concentrations causes cell transformations in embryonic cells of the golden hamster and reacts weakly positive in the Ames test.
