Description
Intended use:
The test detects camel DNA of Arabian camel (Camelus dromedarius) and of Bactrian camel (Camelus bactrianus), horse DNA (Equus caballus) and donkey DNA (Equus asinus). Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for vertebrates DNA (IAAC).
General Information:
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of four fluorescence emissions at 522 nm, 553 nm, 610 nm and 670 nm (FAM, VIC, ROX and Cy5) at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 480 II/Roche cobas z 480 Analyzer2, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, Applied Biosystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96, R-Biopharm RIDA®CYCLER, Agilent Mx3005P and Agilent AriaDx.
