Intended use:
The test detects rabbit (Lepus cuniculus) DNA. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control and an internal detection assay for animal DNA (IAAC).
For DNA preparation the use of SureFood® PREP Basic is recommended.
General information:
The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for detection of two fluorescence emissions at 522 nm and 553 nm at the same time. The technical validation of instruments was performed on Roche LightCycler® 2.0, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, Applied Biossystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96 Agilent Mx3005P.
