Celery

SureFood® ALLERGEN Celery – NEW

Intended use:

The test detects celery DNA according to directive (EC) 1169/2011 qualitatively and / or quantitatively. Each reaction contains an internal amplification control.

For the quantitative determination the use of the laboratory reference material QUANTARD Allergen 40 containing 40 mg celery / kg food sample and a detection system including a standard dilution is required.

For DNA preparation, the use of SureFood® PREP Advanced, protocol 1, is recommended.

General Information:

The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments capable of detection of at least two fluorescence dyes. Internal validation was performed on Roche LightCycler® 2.0, Roche LightCycler® 480 II, Roche cobas® z 480 Analyzer, Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q, Applied Biosystems 7500, Bio-Rad CFX96, Bio Molecular Systems MIC, LTF MyGo Pro, AriaDx and Agilent.

SureFood® ALLERGEN 4plex Soya/Celery/Mustard+IAC

Intended use:

Soya, Celery and Mustard detection by real-time PCR in one run.

The multiplex test detects DNA of soya, celery and mustard according to directive (EC) 1169/2011.

For DNA-preparation the use of SureFood® PREP Advanced, protocol 1 is recommended.

General Information:

The real-time PCR assay can be used with established real-time PCR instruments, equipped for the detection of four fluorescence emissions at 510 nm, 580 nm, 610 nm and 660 nm (FAM, VIC/HEX, ROX and Cy5) at the same time. The technical validation was performed on Agilent Mx3005P, Roche LightCycler® 480 II*, Applied Biosystems 7500, BioRad CFX96 und Qiagen Rotor-Gene Q.
